This isn't about healthcare, this is about liberty

Today, a Judge in Richmond VA struck down a vital piece of the health care legislation passed by Congress as unconstitutional. This will no undoubtedly create many legal problems going forward for the law, which is at its lowest point for support in the polls.

The First Cyber War Has Begun...

Well, we know that all this fallout from the cablegate scandal and the Wikileaks site releasing over 250,000 diplomatic documents to the public was going to be bad to some extent, but I don't think we thought it would come down to this... Cyber War.

As you can see from recent headlines such as "WikiLeaks backlash: The first global cyber war has begun, claim hackers" you can see the pattern that is happening over time.

This will be a perfect opportunity for the Government's of the world to assert more regulation and control of the internet, which will ultimately regulate and control the freedom of information and communication between free peoples. This is a very real danger to our humanity overall, as the Internet and technology in general have helped us in too many ways to count.

Do you really think there is a cyber war going on? Should you worry you may be a helpless victim or bystander of this virtual war going on behind your computer screen? I personally don't think so, because all this have the signs of pure propaganda by our government into easing us into the idea that Internet regulation and censorship is necessary for public safety and national security, which is bogus.

Freedom of Information is the only way we can have a truly transparent and moral government, and this type of moral checking method works well with the private sector as well.

Wikileaks is running out of options and time...

Since the start of the cablegate scandal we all have seen how the world governments reacted towards Mr. Assange and became soley focused on bringing the website down at any costs. Not only this, but there was also an interpol arrest warrant issued for Mr. Assange for rape allegations, although the swiss government who has jurisdiction over the matter say this is not political in any way.

If you haven't noticed by now, the Wikileaks website is barely accessible if not at all. Most hosts have dropped their site from being hosted on their servers and now Wikileaks is depending on the Swiss Pirate Party and supporters mirror sites to get the leaks across at this point.

Either way, I think they will get Mr. Assange, even though he is only the messenger.
