This isn't about healthcare, this is about liberty

Today, a Judge in Richmond VA struck down a vital piece of the health care legislation passed by Congress as unconstitutional. This will no undoubtedly create many legal problems going forward for the law, which is at its lowest point for support in the polls.

The First Cyber War Has Begun...

Well, we know that all this fallout from the cablegate scandal and the Wikileaks site releasing over 250,000 diplomatic documents to the public was going to be bad to some extent, but I don't think we thought it would come down to this... Cyber War.

As you can see from recent headlines such as "WikiLeaks backlash: The first global cyber war has begun, claim hackers" you can see the pattern that is happening over time.

This will be a perfect opportunity for the Government's of the world to assert more regulation and control of the internet, which will ultimately regulate and control the freedom of information and communication between free peoples. This is a very real danger to our humanity overall, as the Internet and technology in general have helped us in too many ways to count.

Do you really think there is a cyber war going on? Should you worry you may be a helpless victim or bystander of this virtual war going on behind your computer screen? I personally don't think so, because all this have the signs of pure propaganda by our government into easing us into the idea that Internet regulation and censorship is necessary for public safety and national security, which is bogus.

Freedom of Information is the only way we can have a truly transparent and moral government, and this type of moral checking method works well with the private sector as well.

Wikileaks is running out of options and time...

Since the start of the cablegate scandal we all have seen how the world governments reacted towards Mr. Assange and became soley focused on bringing the website down at any costs. Not only this, but there was also an interpol arrest warrant issued for Mr. Assange for rape allegations, although the swiss government who has jurisdiction over the matter say this is not political in any way.

If you haven't noticed by now, the Wikileaks website is barely accessible if not at all. Most hosts have dropped their site from being hosted on their servers and now Wikileaks is depending on the Swiss Pirate Party and supporters mirror sites to get the leaks across at this point.

Either way, I think they will get Mr. Assange, even though he is only the messenger.

Wikileaks and the Banks

So now it seems that Wikileaks is going after at least one major US bank. Question is which bank? It looks as if Bank of America is the target, and Wikileaks is going to uncover the dirt and says the information is damaging enough to collapse the bank itself...

This would be huge, if true.

But, the negative news is already having an impact on the bank's shares.

Wikileaks, Cablegate, and the fallout that ensues...

Now this is quite shocking. The government is getting a bit frightened as a result of the classified document drop on the wikileaks website. They are already calling this cablegate and if you didn't know already, this is going to have major implications on how the US can conduct future foreign policy.

While there are so many things that these classified and unclassified documents contain, certain things seem quite compelling...

Wikileaks reveals: China's ties to Iran and the Google fiasco

WikiLeaks: Arab Leaders Urged US To Attack Iran

Now with all the escalation on the Korean peninsula, who knows whats going to happen as a result of this release of diplomatic cables. But one thing is for certain, we don't want world war 3 on our hands.

North Korea is about to start WW3

Once again, the Korean peninsula is on the brink of war. Last Tuesday, tensions erupted over N. Korea's artillery shelling of an island where S. Korea was conducting live military exercises. In either case, now tensions are at an all time high with the presence of the nuclear powered aircraft carrier USS George Washington. This may provoke Pyongyang and start a newly revived Korean conflict that may have global implications that the US will not be able to avoid.

What I fear may be happening could possible be a terrible trap that China could be conning us into. Is it all just coincedence that the US lost contact with over 50 nukes for 45 minutes or that China hijacked 15 percent of all US web traffic back last spring? How about the mystery missile off the LA coast a few weeks ago that the FEDS had no explanation for? This missile could have very well been from a Chinese sub. Let's not also forget that N. Korea just showed off a new and modern nuclear facility that shows their progress has exponentially increased more than we anticipated.

No matter how you look at the situation, you have to look at N. Korea's main ally, China and their behavior. China has been persistently trying to get away from the US dollar and along with Russia has completely dropped the dollar from their bilateral trade to "protect their domestic interests". We know that the FED RES is trying to print money until kingdom come, but as more countries abandon the dollar, the faster it will collapse.

China is trying to do something terrible I'm afraid and their using N. Korea to achieve these means without absorbing any blame.

Americans are "FED UP"

Thank you for reading, my fellow Americans. We have come a long way as a country over the last decade. Many of the events that are happening today shows that Americans do have a voice, and our voice is being heard in Washington. We let them know last week that Americans are fed up with the job these corrupted career politicians are doing. I just want to say that I am proud of what we have accomplished and we cannot stop our work until we achieve our goals of bringing the government back to its constitutional role. We will continue to work towards Freedom, Prosperity, & Peace!

It is really not hard to understand why there is such a vast political movement happening in this country. And although the Democrats and liberals want to discredit it as anything other than a legitimate grassroots movement, they cannot change the facts. America has woken up to the fact that the new boss is looking a lot like the old boss. Obama promised 'change' but has only continued the failed policies that Bush initiated.

This political revolution has nothing to do with partisanship. It's time to wake up and realize that both the Republicans and the Democrats are wrong and they are only hurting this country and bringing it down into a ditch that will be very difficult if not impossible to get out of. Bush launched the biggest offense against our civil liberties and freedoms that America has ever seen. Specifically with things like the patriot act and a perpetual and endless war on terror. While Obama promised to end the wars and repeal the most invasive provisions of the patriot act, but he obviously failed to follow through as well.

Then you have hardcore liberals who will call everyone who doesn't agree with them 'stupid' or something along those lines. For reasons only known to them, they wish to make themselves feel smart and try to belittle or talk down to people whom seem to agree on the consensus that government is broken. I don't understand how they can live in a fantasy world of thinking that we can create money out of thin air to create wealth and promote economic growth. I don't understand their reasoning for not supporting HR 1207 either, but hey, they say the Democratic Party is the party of the people, right? More like the party of lies, just like the Republican Party and the Neocons.

It's time Washington hears the real Americans voice, and we will continue to get louder until our message is clear and our grievances are met. Americans will always fight for our freedoms and liberties guaranteed to us by our powerful constitution but limited federal government. No other ideology or progressive socialist thinking is going to prevail in this union of states that makes our great nation.

The battle has begun...

Once again, Americans are proving themselves to be a unique and powerful force in the face of the establishment. This past November 2nd, we triumphed and took to the polls and ushered in a new age of political movements. We have no excuse for failure, and will hold every newly elected official to higher standards than the last ones. We want a more responsible government that doesn't have knee-jerk reactions to economic bubble bursts, and we want more prudence when it comes to spending in all areas of government.

This is about Freedom, Prosperity, & Peace. We want these wars ended now, and we want an audit of the Federal Reserve before they do more harm by inflating the money supply. We want the government to encourage small business and industry to work together, create new technology and jobs. This isn't something we cannot achieve, but rather we must not wait for the Democrats or Republicans to get it right, because ultimately it is WE THE PEOPLE who are best suited to decide the direction we take in the future of our country.

Thank you to all the service men & women that have made today possible on this Veterans Day.

The Partisan Illusion (We are all Individualists)

My fellow Americans, how long have we had to endure the implications of political correctness and picking and choosing which side is the lesser of the evils in which humankind has worked tirelessly for generations to expel from existence?

These are among the things now that we can no longer endure, especially when it prevents progress in democracy and squashes political activism. No matter who is in power, we have the duty to question authority, to serve as a check of power. In this day and age no matter what side of the pendulum you're on, the other side will resent and repel your desire for politics in our land to be correct in order to maintain the status quo. Americans of all classes, races, nationalities, religions, backgrounds, & ideologies are becoming united and it has the establishment very concerned about their patronage.

Just like in the days of the American Revolution, there were very similar correlations that we can see going on in our modern day. The main difference now is the fact that WE THE PEOPLE have one ounce of leverage, which is our power, duty, and right to vote in every election cycle throughout all levels of government from local all the way to the federal level.

No longer are we fooled by the Illusion of partisan politics, we have learned well enough what that has given us over the time. That is why we wanted change from the policies of the Bush Administration and overwhelmingly voted in a Jr Senator Democrat into the highest elected office of the executive branch of the Federal Government. Even though we have learned the hard way, it does seem evident that neither side of our American political system has the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE at mind and heart, even though our elected delegates swear oath to our Constitution.

Let us stay strong & united and not be deferred by the tools of manipulation, censorship, and destruction of our freedoms and liberties that has happened over the last decade, and increasing drastically every day. We can restore what was ours, you just need to think of yourself as not Republican or Democrat in nature or virtue, but as an Individualist whom wants nothing more than a life free from interference or oppression from any form or level of government or their affiliations and lobbyists.

Our "Federal" Problem...

My fellow Americans, once again I come before you to help you realize that if we do nothing, we will become nothing. No other land in the world give its people our unalienable rights. We must exercise these rights, and as we do that we are also protecting those very freedoms that those rights entitle us.

We do have a "Federal Problem". Whether you realize this or not, that has to do with how you handle your own day-to-day reality. Now you can say this blog is just an opinion, and I don't see cold hard evidence/facts to back up your claims. Well that is not the case, the evidence and facts are out there, but you cannot expect us to hold your hand when it comes to this type of subject matter. Don't get me wrong, I'm not making up excuses to not provide you with facts.

I also need to disclose right now before there is an uproar of partisan bickering, but I am not a Republican nor Democrat. I am a revolutionary, just like our founding fathers whom built this republic (but like Ben Franklin said, I hope we can keep it).

Republicans have damaged this republic to the point of no return (I hope I'm wrong). Passing legislation such as the Patriot Act and countless other laws that have blatantly intruded not only individual rights & liberties, but state rights as well. With that being said Obama did not keep his promise either, he just continued the onslaught & mutilation of our freedoms. Corporate greed is still running the government, jobs are still being shed, money is being printed like its going out of style, and the economic forecast still isn't a rosy picture...

Do you think we really need more Federal Government oversight? And if you do, at what cost? Does the Government really need to be involved in every aspect of our lives? There is a such thing as too much, and we already were burdened enough with the cost of our Government and its desire to take more and give less. The big thing now is the Affordable Health Care Act, did you read the legislation? Did you agree with it, or did you just get an email chain letter saying Obama is the devil for signing it into law? The point is, most people will not read legislation, they will rely on their friends and the media to let them know whats going on (big mistake). Now I agree this new Health Care Law borders on a Constitutional Infringement and within the rush of putting it into action, a balance of dollar issues is lost. The placement of threats against the People is in fact Unconstitutional. Reform is needed, but it needs to be reform that WE THE PEOPLE desire, not what Washington desires. That is how our republic is supposed to work.

Let us unite, and speak out strongly against anything that requires more taxes, more control, and less freedom. We have the power to end our "Federal Problem", let us not be afraid to use it for the reform WE THE PEOPLE truly desire.

Is it becoming clear yet?

People of the United States, how much more can we take? I have watched over the past year what is happening in our country, and inch by inch we are witnessing a new era of big out-of-control government... bigger & more out of control than its ever been, all while enslaving its own citizens by taking away our freedoms and liberties all in the disguise of a false promise of economic stability and national security.

HELLO! WE THE PEOPLE ARE OUR OWN NATIONAL SECURITY. We have the right to bear arms, we have the right to change our government when it is no longer serving we the people, but rather through the media and propaganda strictly implemented and enforced through sneaky 1000+ pages of legislation that gets passed through congress without even being fully read or understood, they become one step closer to stealing our union and freedoms right from under our noses.

It cannot get any clearer. Political parties only purpose is to keep us from become one people. The revolution is starting, and come this November, every incumbent will be thrown out of their office. They are not entitled to their so called "public service". Let them not forget that they work for us, not the other way around.
